I have been informed by Microsoft it says because it's not a government entity basically does not have Respect freedom of speech and can as they spoke "can censor the speech of conservatives ." But that is not correct is it? If you operate in the United
States regardless of who you are, or what you own, you do have to respect the Freedom of speech laws. Are you all not watching the news? Facebook thought they would do this and look what has happened. One example was given to me that if I walked up to a cop
and started cussing at him and telling him how much I hate him basically that he wouldn't tolerate it well on contrary to that belief he would let me and, haven't you been watching the news? People are doing it all the time it is my freedom of speech as long
as it doesn't become threatening if I don't like you I have the right to tell you I don't like you, if you're offended by that then you you can block me. Doesn't everyone have the option to block? And furthermore you all a bunch of hypocrites anyways you're
gonna Enforce your rules selectively yet I know for a fact a no children supposed to be plan adult games but you let them anyways in ya know they're playing them. But that's another argument. Just know I'm going to the AG and see.

    :)

Microsoft thinks its above the law.

Wasn't trying to state an analogy. Microsoft is within its rights to establish a set of rules and guidelines for the use of its services. You, as the user, are part of that contract. If you do not agree with the terms presented to you, your sole option
is to not use the services until such time as the terms do meet with your approval. None of Microsoft's terms are governed by the US Constitution ... never have been, never will be.

As regards Facebook, yes Mr Zuckerberg has been called before Congress for a show trial. As of now, no changes have been made to their services, because - again - none of it is affected by the Constitution, because Facebook - like Microsoft - is not a part
of Congress, which is what the First Amendment directly restrains.

In all this talk about the First Amendment, let me remind you of the Tenth, which states that all powers not specifically assigned to Congress or not specifically denied to the States are reserved to the States and to the people. The power to control speech
in a private enterprise is not assigned to Congress (per the First Amendment), so it's up to the states and the people to make their decision. That decision is what I described earlier - you may choose to use the services provided, within the agreed-to terms,
or you may choose not to use the services provided.

Again you may be correct about the children but it does not matter if you are or not a government entity if what you do violates the rights of another individual you are subjected to the punishment and consequences of that law rather it be a regular law
or the Constitutional law no body regardless of what entity you are if you are in the United States and you are a United States citizen not only do you have the rights of the Constitution you have to abide by those laws as well you don't get to enjoy the freedom
of it but not have to follow the laws because you're not an government entity are you saying that it's okay for Microsoft to turn on your webcam and spy on you? Is it okay for Microsoft to just take your credit card information and use it? No, they have to
follow the law because that would violate your constitutional rights so every other constitutional right applies. You know why they can't do any of that because you have a right to privacy that would be your constitutional right so why would no other constitutional
    right apply genius?

That's another [Mod Removed: Profanity] analogy how long has Facebook been out genius? And how long did it take them before they were correcting the mistakes of Mike Zuckerberg just now I guarantee you Facebook's been out a lot longer
than Xbox Live and besides all the censoring of conservative speech hasn't been going on for 16 years it's just now starting....like I said another
    [Mod Removed: Profanity] terrible analogy.

So lets look at it this way if you walk into any business in the US and start cussing at people do you not think they have the right to ask you to leave their place of business and if you dont they can call the police and have it put down that if you come
back to their place of business that you can be arrested for trespassing?

No corporation is bound by the first amendment. They also have the ability to establish and enforce guidelines, rules, and other terms of service. Almost all of them indicate that by using their service you agree to them.
