MICROSOFT tamparing with my account without telling me 1st

iv been banned from communications n iv not been told y or that been sent an enforcement message to tell me iv been banned

I've been trying to buy my Xbox Live Gold account but it says my account has been locked

I don't like how they locked my account without telling me

 

I got a great Gamertag, but now i cant play my 360 games on backwards compatible. Wat do?

So with Microsoft allegedly releasing all of those names into the wild, me and my friends looked for cool, OG names. I was able to get the name Vyper, but ever since I changed my name I haven't been able to play backwards compatible games. I would load the game and it would tell me that I needed to re download my account to be able to play, but when I tried to re download it it tells me "Sorry, this profile can't be downloaded. Original Xbox Live accounts aren't supported anymore. Create a new account instead." Was I actually able to get an OG name, but Microsoft still thinks its an old account, or am I doing something wrong?

An email is always sent to the email that is linked to the account which is having the action taken against it. Remember to check the Junk/Spam folder!

I would advise you sign into the Enforcement home to see what is going on

this didnt help as i hav a disibility which stops my from doin certain things n xbox was the only thing i could interact with ppl on

 

You would need to get someone to help you then but as Dez has said,an email would of been sent explaining the reason behind your suspension or you can log in to the enforcement site.

You can ask for a case review there as well if the suspension is longer than 24 hours.

That's the only way you might get the suspension removed but in most cases the decision is upheld as you would of already been thoroughly investigated before being issued a suspension.

Microsoft have not tampered with your account,they have just suspended you for breaking the rules which you agreed they can do at anytime when you started your account.
