Microsoft taking money from my account

Months ago i would've got a subscription for xbox game pass ultimate. within the past few days i've had money in my account, i turned my xbox on last night to update it and i check my bank today at 3am and i have barely any money as 2 charges of ultimate
have een taken, i never leave recurring subscription on and if i did it was nothing but an accident.i am going round in circles trying to get a refund so i can pay to live! this is ridiculous, i don't even use the xbox anymore so why is the money being taken!
how can i get a refund? it's needed!

EDIT- it is 4:30am and i am no where. ridiculous

i did this, but i had to actually find the order number etc. and there wasn't an option for false charges

submit a refund and it does have subscription as an option

Another day and still no response from anyone?! Essentially it's theft at the moment, Microsoft are taking money from my account yet not dealing with the issues.

The money will be refunded to your Microsoft account balance, not to the card. The card was only used to add money to your Microsoft account.

It can take a few days for the refund process to be completed. Normally it takes up to 3 to 5 days for this.

But since the money was taken from your Microsoft account balance, it will get back there, not to the gift card.
