Discus and support Microsoft system update in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; Did anyone get notified that xbox was updating theie system and that services would be unavailable?     Did anyone get notified that xbox was updating theie system and that services would be unavailable?

    Warning rant below...

    One of their guys eventually told me they were updating and that's why i cant upload a stupid Minecraft save from 360 to the Xbone. Also bought gold just for it and because i redeemed it one the 360 it only shows that it has been redeemed and is not activated
    (must be updating the 360 server?).

    Literally wasted 2 days dealing with this issues and also had to buy the game for a second time.

    Im pretty sure i wont be too bad in a commercial so if anyone from PlayStation sees this id be happy to switch platforms.

    Also the Xbox app is terrible, tried talking to cs on that and you cant even see what you type and one of the agents sent a link to attach a picture but when you click on it your chat session is ended and you can't upload a picture.

    Sorry that I spent money with Xbox and have received no actual assistance. I am apparently a high priority client for you.

    They usually update the status page when there are issues with the system. https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-live-status or if there is going to be a planned update they let people know on live.

    Personally, I didn't see anything and while I was playing earlier today I didn't have any problems.

    Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart
    the console.
