I get it if I sent some bad words in a message because I was heated and they all sent bad words back to me. Ok so suspend me from messages I don't care, but suspend me from being able to talk to my friend? Thats just wrong. Even if i do cus in a party chat
its with my friends and is completely seperated from other people. Also where the enforcement team been if its taken them 5 years to do something about this talking smack?

Communication Suspension/Glitch HELPPPPPPP

I also got the same suspensions you got, the Harassment suspension came a day and half later after the Communication ban. It seems as if Microsoft isn't caring about the issue for some reason. My theory is that if you're given 2
suspensions back to back, it messes with the system. I'm LITERALLY experiencing the same issues that you're going through.

Yeppers. It's pretty lame and kind of nazi-like of them to do. But then again, it's microsoft, here. BTW they "Upheld" the permanent suspension... GG.

Also the rep system is broken because if I am that bad To get a suspension I don't think i should have the rep of a "good player".

I agree I can't talk or message and my rep is just fine but my question is that I wanna know where I can find for how long I'm communication banned if someone can reply very appreciated

An email would of been sent to the address linked to your account telling you the length of the suspension or you can log in here
enforcement.xbox.com/home

The rep system is completely separate from having enforcement actions on your account so you can have good rep & still be suspended.

The enforcement system works just fine.

I've been on xbox live since it began & have never had any type of enforcement action.It's not difficult to follow the simple set of rules everyone agrees to.

You do not own the games,you pay for the license to use those games & that license can be suspended or revoked at any time,something else everyone agrees to.

If someone tries to bait you into responding & you do so in a way that violates the ToU/CoC then that is completely down to you.

I've had people try to get a response from me,i just reported them & blocked them.Simple really.

There's over 55 million xbox live users & 99% of them have no problem with the enforcement system so to say it's one of the most hated features on xbox is just untrue.

Would hate to think xbox live would be like without the enforcement system.

I understand this but the punishments seem a bit harsh I would much rather see Xbox put they’re resources and hard working employees into other things than an eforcement system

Without the enforcement team, it would be complete mayhem.
