    Microsoft support talk to a person doesn't work.


    I've been trying for a couple weeks to get help from microsoft support, but whenever I get past the virtual agent, it will leave me waiting endlessly for a live chat, and when I try the 'call me back' feature it doesn't even let me input my phone number
    correctly. I really need help with this issue as soon as possible.

    Its best not to use chrome or safari

    Edge and firefox or any w3g compliant browser is best for most websites

    Chrome just happena to have the largest install base

    This did not fix my problem at all I would like to talk to an actual person if thats ok?

    Could you please explain what you mean by "set up my new game card"?

    You can talk to a support person by going to https://support.xbox.com/contact-us, and then when you're at step 2, depending on the time of the day, you will see an option
    of "No thanks" when asked about Virtual Agent. Click on it and on next step choose the option to chat, or call back.
