Microsoft Support SUX

For those who want to purchase a new Xbox, my advice is Dont, I had a Halo 5 Xbox for three days and the controller failed

Microsoft still have no stock over a month later and after telling them three times I dont want a Armed forces controller as a replacement they still send me one and try to close the case. Call Back (oh wait you cant call and talk to a real person either)
and they still say no stock even though I have had an unusable 3 day old Xbox for well over a month now they still say Tough luck and will only replace it if and when they ever get stock.

Funny part is there are plenty in stock at the stores so why cant Microsoft get any

The support people seem to have problems understanding English which is always a problem

I have had at least one of every Xbox ever made, in some cases two, but this is the last ever Xbox I will ever have have
