    Microsoft support sucks


    I'm still waiting for a replacement xbox 360, 320GB hard drive I was told to send in for replacement or repair or assessment. I've been waiting now for over a month.

    You guys need to learn how to help ur customers out, you call there and there's nothing you can even help us with, everything you have to go back to the retailer or there's nothing they can do at all, get your *** together Xbox, or your gonna lose to ps3

    I'm sorry about your less than satisfactory experience with phone support. Is there something we can try to help you with? A lot of the ambassadors have a wealth of knowledge that you can tap into if you give us a chance. However, there are a lot of things
    the ambassadors can't do because we're just gamers like you who volunteer our time to help out fellow gamers.

    Hey there, so did you get a reference number or any way to track it? I would be calling phone support as they will be the only ones to help when it comes to how this is tracking:
    support.xbox.com/contact-us

    I believe if you did it through the service centre, you should be able to log-in here and see the status yourself:
    myservice.xbox.com/.../Welcome.aspx

    Also, please reframe from using such a thread title when seeking support, it's not necessary.

    They do look at appeals if you are talking about a he said she said situation it's not who starts the fight but who breaks the rules and gets reported this is on any platform and xbox is the only one with appeal sony will just ban you

    So retaliating isn't recommended just block ignore and report that's all you are allowed ro do

    You're in the discussion forums, towards the top you'll see "Support" right alongside "Discussion" click on SUPPORT and scroll about half way down and you'll see the OP's thread having to do with games not loading and giving the. "Took too long to load"
    error.

    Side note: Where is the so called support team? I don't see them hanging out in the support forums like they used to... Guess Twitter took over that as well eh.

    I tried every forum. All the troubleshooting options. Nothing. That's why I started a new "Support" Discussion. Cuz when posting, it asked for type, and I selected support.
