    Microsoft support randomly closed my ticket?


    So it's been around 4-3 days since I got my first email regarding a hacked account (it took me multiple times contacting live support to get them to even email me in the first place, around 1-2 months) . They asked me to submit a recovery form but that didn't work and after that they didn't ask for more information. I sent them the email and recovery code telling them that I couldn't submit the correct information because the information that was linked on the account was changed by the person who hacked. A new email was added, I tracked it down by using my old windows hello pincode because the account is linked to my windows operating system. I told them about it because they still had the old hacker's email. After I sent them the email, a couple hours later no response and then I see a new email pop up saying ticket closed. Can anyone help me?

    If the methods above didn't worked for you unfortunately is not possible to recover the account.

    No one at Microsoft can change or modify account details due to privacy and security reasons.

    I've already tried all of those steps 2 months ago, none of them worked. My only way to recover the account was by contacting support. It just appears they abandoned my case without informing me or giving me any explanation. (I got a ticket closed email)

    Well this happened to me. I noticed a 59.99 xbox live gold charged to my PayPal, I like the above post called support, filled out form, was told someone would get back to me. 2 hours later email saying denied. Can not reach anyone. I already have xbox
    live gold which was activated in December why would I purchase another one. When online with support they would not tell where it was downloaded to. Feel like Microsoft is scamming people. No way to get issues resolved, so they keep the money people are scammed
