Microsoft support not working? Is there some better way to get in contact with support?

I'm being directed to this 'Microsoft Virtual Agent' in order to get in contact with somebody about an issue I'm having. (A whole separate thing.) But I've been trying for days now and I just keep getting this error.

What's going on? I've been trying for days. Is there really no number I can call directly? It's an xbox issue, so when I try to call i get redirected to this virtual assistant for a callback, but if the callback doesn't work then what do I do? Naturally you can understand I'm quite frustrated...

I've been trying to get hold of any human from Microsoft to talk about an issue with a Game Pass subscription for several days now, and it's proving impossible. I've tried to request a callback through live chat on:

My PC using Chrome.
My PC using Edge.
A Macbook.
My phone using a 4G connection.

I've had the same result ("Something went wrong on our end. We're working on it") every single time, so I can't even begin to start address the actual issue of why I can't access any of the games I'm paying for.

Please - please - is there a phone number I can use to speak to a person instead of continuing to waste my life on this?

I have the same error with the virtual support agent. When requesting acall back for support I just get "an error occured on our edn, we're working on it". And I can't get a chat for some reason like I have with previous issues. What should I do to actually get some help. I'm paying a monthly cost to play these games, and I can't, and I can't get support for it. It's a darn shame.

Are you still experiencing this issue? I escalated this issue with the support team who opened a ticket and was able to reproduce and solve the issue. If the issue is persisting for you, you will be reached out to via the email attached to your account by a member of our Assist team to help you solve this problem on a 1:1 basis.

I haven't changed anything, so I assume that it still persist. But, I can no longer put energy into be your unpaid tester. If I ever have to use this support again, I will have to cry my way through the frustration again. Hopefully however, I never will. I will stay clear of as many microsoft products as possible in the future.
