Microsoft support not calling me

I also tried to contact support; Xbox support had nothing for me, transferred me to microsoft support who disconnected the call.

From what I understand, they cannot help with questions regarding recovering accounts, however you can contact them and they will be happy to guide you towards a solution.

I called to support and the analyst me talk that is a problem and the microsoft a fixed them

Called 1800-4-my-xbox.

They said call the publisher.

Informed support Microsoft is the publisher.

They gave me Epic's number.

Epic support says call MS.

Can't play vip without content.

Dafuq?

I am right at a 2 hour hold after support called ME. There was no warning whatsoever that I would have to wait on the phone for -hours-. Microsoft called ME and put me on hold
