    Microsoft support is awful!!!!!


    It's a shame a company as big as Microsoft does have support but try using it when I did I had a simple question went through nine game specialist three managers and none of them could answer my question and they would start saying this and that and lying
    trying to make me like the bad guy I got hung up on they treated me like $hit end after the highest person that I could talk to either was a manager or a supervisor I ask to speak to someone higher you can't I asked for an email for someone higher they won't
    give it to you they gave me five different corporate numbers and all of them eventually end up gone back to 1 800 4my Xbox after being on the phone for 5 hours and then hanging up on me tell me they're going to transfer me to corporate and just leave me on
    hold for over 45 minutes until I eventually hung up and everything they put me through is ridiculous and the question I was asking about was the Microsoft store like I said 9-game specialist are three managers could not figure it out I did after talking about
    three of them all my own it took me 2 hours so when I figured it out I called back and ask them if they could help me and I told them I know the answer I wanted to see if they did and if they didn't just say no and I would tell them trying to be a nice guy
    to educate them so this doesn't happen again cuz it should have never happened in the first place but instead they try to make you look stupid and like you're the one that's wrong when I know 100% I was right and they know they are wrong. Instead of the managers
    and game specialist would not say they didn't know and about after the 4th time I called I told them I did know the answer and if you don't know the answer I will tell you but please don't keep continue to lying to me like you guys have and I'll tell you so
    you know the next time instead of hanging up on people and I say well if you can't help me can I talk to someone else are a supervisor or manager they get upset they don't want to transfer you I was hung up on and so much more I can go on and on after the
    experience I had with Microsoft I am truly very upset and I was a Xbox fan Microsoft fan but after this experience I will never buy nothing from Microsoft again I will tell all my friends and let everyone know what they did to me and how they treat their customers over a
    simple question that they couldn't answer that I ended up figuring out on my own and answer my own question so if I figured it out there Microsoft they should have been able to figure it out really if the Microsoft store was right it shouldn't even been a
    problem if someone read this and can help me talk to someone higher than a supervisor or manager cuz that's all you're going to get when you call 1 800 4my Xbox please help me because maybe it's a training issue because the managers couldn't answer the question
    or the game specialist That's three managers and nine game specialists on the same question and towards the end I was frustrated and I said listen this conversations are all recorded correct and they always said yeah and when I was on the phone with a manager
    I said I'm going to ask you a question I know the answer think about what you tell me before you tell me cuz I know I asked him the question he did not know it and he started going on and I said before you go on thinking about it then he stopped and then I
    told him the answer and he knew I was right and he knew what happened he said we're going to go over to the tapes if the associate hung up on you he will be fired I guess when he said that he thought that I would be okay because he was going to fire that guy
    first of all he should have never said he was going too fire the game specialist that hung up on me he should have said when I listening to tapes if you're correct I'll take appropriate measures to make sure he's disciplined don't tell me you're going to fire
    him because you think that's going to make me happy and solve the problem actually all that did was do I Microsoft favor by getting one of their no good game specialist so actually I help them I just can't believe this whole situation please if anybody can
    give me an email address to someone too tired a manager or supervisor or a phone number that is higher or supervisor please help this is just ridiculous big companies do this often and always usually get away with it because people don't pursue it they don't
    feel like dealing with it just like I don't but after going through nine game specialist and three managers and none of them knew the answer and none of them but it just say I'm sorry sir I don't know the answer I'll look into it and see if I can and I'll
    call you back or something no not Microsoft and if someone for Microsoft is reading this please reach out to me because obviously I can only speak to a manager or supervisor and they can't help me and they admitted that so if they can't help me they should
    be able to give it to someone higher than them and they say they can't do that so how have you been problems ever going to be fixed if that is your policy and less they lied that's possible because they lied to me multiple multiple times you know the people
    that buy your products are the people that keep you in business and give you the billions of dollars and the big name you got and when they buy your stuff that's supporting your brand and in return the people that support your brand you treat them like dirt
    and then trying to get it situated you can't you guys got it set up so that you're never going to talk to someone at corporate on the phone unless maybe you go to a corporate and I don't know where that is and I mean out of corporate store I mean the corporate
    headquarters where the CEO of the company is all the big dog we are at but I tried for 5 hours to get someone hired in a manager or supervisor and couldn't and even though they knew I was right I'm just upset because now I don't want to buy no more Microsoft
    products because that's helping the company why would I want to support a company that treated a customer the way they did and I'm sure I'm not the only one I did it too I'm sure it happens often cuz they act like it's no big deal but I will buy it Sony PlayStation
    4 and smash the Xbox One and break all the games and will not support someone that treats her customers like they mean nothing because there are a billion dollar company and they don't care about losing my customer but if we stick up as a group something will

    I can’t redeem code in ms store for like 5 months. I got same erorr and Microsoft did nothing to help me.

    I can tell you're frustrated by the lack of punctuation in your post. You mention how many people failed to help you with your issue and how long you were on the phone, but you don't say what the issue is that you originally contacted them about.

    Microsoft's Customer Support is Awful

    This is ridiculous. When I first logged in and started waiting, it told me 42 minutes, then slowly dropped every 2 minutes, then jumped to 422 minutes, then eventually to 20 minutes as the average wait time after I had already waited 40 some-odd minutes.
    It got to 16 minutes and stayed there until it said chat not initiated and removed me from waiting for support. It did this basically twice and now it will not let me use chat, instead providing me with the number to call support with hours that do not agree
    with the recording when I did call, since they were already closed according to the recording but not the hours provided on the website. All this and I still have boot received any assistance!

    why dont you return it to the store....if you bought it from a brick and morter. Only xbox support can do is give you a heart attack from all the stress. Sorry I find these stories funny, people never learn from a companys past. I hope you get this resolved,
    bur seriously I would try for a exchange or return from where you bought it if you can. You may be without for a while but atleast the next one may work better.
