    Microsoft support has been awful, no where to turn


    I am a long time and loyal Xbox fan through all three consoles purchases on day one. I have had Xbox live for over 10 years and part of the reason I stick with Microsoft is for the support. My experience so far this generation has been absolutely disgraceful.

    My controller broke and I sent it off for repair, I understand these things can happen. To cut a long story short I had seven phone calls with support, each telling me different information or blaming myself or UPS. I was promised calls back numerous times
    and never received them and due to all this I was promised compensation. I was told I would be contacted regarding this, I have never received anything.

    The process to replace a controller takes far too long anyway but now within two weeks the new controller has broken. The left thumb stick, which I have seen many many posts about is catching and rattling. The most anticipated game for the console is out
    in a week and now I face not having a controller for another 28 days. I am extremely unhappy about this and no matter who I speak to at support nobody seems to care. I cannot even find a complaints Email address. Please can somebody find some way of helping
    me.

    Microsoft support have started to make me completely disillusioned with the services and for the money I have spent the controllers seem to be of an incredibly poor build quality. I believe a controller should be shipped out to me asap so I don't have to
    spend another month without one.

    Awful Microsoft support

    I can’t redeem code in ms store for like 5 months. I got same erorr and Microsoft did nothing to help me.

    I am sorry you have experienced such issues with our support team.

    I am a proud member of our XBOX Support Team, and I would love to try and resolve the issues of all our customers. I do apologize that you feel as though we aren't meeting your needs and concerns with a helping hand and a smile.

    Hi there,

    I can tell you're frustrated by the lack of punctuation in your post. You mention how many people failed to help you with your issue and how long you were on the phone, but you don't say what the issue is that you originally contacted them about.

    These forums are mostly users like, you helping users. The only contact information that we have that can be shared can be found

    here    . Since the site is set up that email addresses/personal information is blocked from being posted to help protect a user's privacy the email address you noted won't be contacted by anyone. Best you would get is a direct message.

    If you would like to see what the collective group of regular forum posters can do to answer the question you had when you initially contacted Support, let us know.

    Forza 6 = Pants...........

    With the exception of Forza Horizon, Turn 10 haven't added decent music in a Forza game since Forza Motorsport 2. I don't know where they got the idea to add the God awful music that has been in the games since then. Certainly needs an overhaul.
