    Microsoft support forgetting or refusing to unlock my account


    Hello, about 3 to 4 months ago i lost my account to a hacker, i apealed it and my account ended up getting locked, after a few times chatting with microsoft my owner ship of the account was approved and i changed the password, but when i tried to log in to change the email my account was still locked. i tried to email them back but they didnt answer. i then tried to get my account unlocked again, but to no avail. then i tried one last time, and my owner ship was approved again and my password got changed and a request to change my phonenumber on the account was sent. but my account was still locked. so i email them back and then i got a wierd answer saying my ownership was not confirmed? so i sent a picture of the email saying that my ownership was confirmed and when microsoft replied they said that i hda broken terms of service???? please help, please tell me why they dont acknowledge my account being locked and wont unlock it.

    (sorry for bad english, it isnt my first language.)

    i cant reset my console it will remove my original account that microsoft falsely locked and refused to unlock, my password doesnt work on it and hasnt for over a year i'd lose all games associated with that account so im definitely not doing that option

    Who is the person that has the authority to lock me out of my account? I refuse to believe there is no way a person can’t just go in and unlock it. This is straight up ridiculous.
