    Microsoft Support Don't Care About The Issues!


    No Achievements (Including Campaign) and No Matchmaking... This takes the biscuit, i'm now really annoyed by the fact Microsoft will not refund my digital purchase which goes against statutory rights. The product doesn't work!

    It's official. MS is killing off this Forum.

    ....what the hell? Is Microsoft that cheap? I'd expect the support page of something like the Ouya to be on a subreddit but a Microsoft product? I know they don't care about us but wow... at least pretend that you care.

    It's a game that just released. I can't think of a game that was working 100% on launch day. Next few days is where the company or organization fixes those glitches and bugs. World of Warcraft, Starcraft, Halo, Titanfall, Call of Duty, Warcraft 3, etc. World
    of Warcraft Draenor is going to release tomorrow and I can assure you, there will be a lot of problems. This was an unnecessary post; you make yourself look like you never played a video game before.

    have gotten has had these issues etc. My thinking is that you just have to plan that there will be issues like this from the start. I say a good week or two before things start running fairly smooth and if it is before that consider it a bonus. It does stink
    but that is the gaming/xbox world we live in.

    You can file a case review at enforcement.xbox.com

    I donno why you are calling Support

    In the actual enforcemtn msg you were given the ljnk

    Support has nothing to do with bans

    What madeyou think that?

    If they did they would be spammed and you would never get thruthru

    Hence why most Online Services use moderated methods like forums or enforcement sites

    Hence why you were told the correct info
