    Good afternoon,

    May I please have an update on the following:

    • Case #: [mod removed]
    • Created on: Tuesday, October 20, 2020
    • Description: Roblox: Shinobi Life. I am trying to do an in-game purchase for "Kekkei Genkai 4" for 600 Roblux; however, it says my card ending in 0200 cannot be processed and its when I go to purchase it, the price changes to 800 Roblux.

    No one here can help,you need to contact support via chat/phone as they are the ones who deal with this type of thing.No one here has access to your support case.
