Microsoft support are Awesome#

Hi, I'm a regular Mom that knows very little about Xbox and how any of it works.....I was having a difficult time with a fairly simple issue tonight and Microsoft support was awesome,on line and by telephone helping me to solve my issue. Come to find out
the only issue was my boys not even paying attention or trying to help at all. The account was there, entered correctly....They never picked up the darn controller to even try......So Thank you to staff working all the time but especially tonight. I and I'm
certain any Mom that knows as little as I do about this super appreciates all you do and your tremendous patience while you do it!!! Thank you!!!!!

Awesome Customer Support

What's up Everyone, I just want to give my CSR a shout out for her patients and help with my DL games that went missing after an update. So what had happened was, my Xbox One S was updating on Saturday when I returned to play games I notice all my dl content
and games were gone my gb were at 0, so I didn't panic I have had updates when the games goes to the store and all I have to do Is DL them back again, but this time the store wanted me to purchase the games it was like I never owned them. After two days of
googling and you tubing, trouble shooting and doing a recovery still no games, so I called the support team, and the representative went through the two accounts I had and said she sees my where I have achievements for the game but no license for them, after
almost 2 hours we both came to the conclusion of a lost account but I could only remember the letters not the numbers that was the gamertag given to me from the Xbox, and like that the next thing was trying to remember the email, which I didn't but she accidently
sent a text to confirm the account and it went to the email I had up anyway I guess as a secondary, and boom pow bang I was able to reset my pswd get my account back and she saw all my games license. 2 hours of trying to figure out how to not lose $200 worth
of games! Xbox One Representative you are my Superwoman!

The Xbox support team is awesome. Just spent 20 minutes talking to Raohael A. Whome i accidently disconnected from in pure joy as i figured out the problem and we fixed it.

Its the third time ive needed support, and each time theyve been wonderful.
