Discus and support Microsoft Support and Rewards in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I was just wondering if anyone else has not been receiving rewards for VIP?     I was just wondering if anyone else has not been receiving rewards for VIP? I also don't get to exchange my Microsoft points for cash, no prizes received, and I am told to go buy weird games I don't want or DLC I don't need for points that I deserve for
    actually playing your console. I bought a 360 when it first came out, same with the One and the One S, Microsoft.... you're telling me that your gaming community is only with that little to you? With as much money as I've wasted on content I should be receiving
    a new Xbox one X this year. I hate the lack of support, and response from you guys, you would be making a mistake to not start taking care of your loyal gamer customers.

    Not able to redeem virtual code!

    Make sure you're contacting Microsoft Rewards support and not regular Microsoft/Xbox support. They do not handle the rewards programs. You can contact Microsoft Rewards support via their redemption page.

    Hi,

    I have been redirected here from Microsoft Support,

    My Console is an Xbox One S and I even had the Serial number checked by support to verify.

    Microsoft rewards is saying if I upgrade to an Xbox One S I will get 28000 points.

    It also states if I have a games pass subscription I should have 100pts added to my account.

    This roughly translates to €28.10 added to my account...

    It isnt working and isnt registering I have an Xbox One S OR Games Pass.

    Please help?

    Haven't received my 50000 points for Upgrading to the Xbox One X.

    That is an image from the Microsoft Rewards app, not the Xbox Rewards program. So it's a Microsoft Rewards offer. You will need to contact customer support for the Microsoft Rewards program again as Xbox Rewards support will not be able to assist.

    Issue solved. Refunded the game and re-purchased. This seems a bit of a weird thing to do, but it worked.

    I Redeemed points for a 1-Month Code for the Xbox Game Pass and did not get the code.

    The Xbox Rewards program is not the same as the Microsoft Rewards program. So if you redeemed Microsoft Rewards points for game pass, you would need to continue trying to work with Microsoft Rewards support. Xbox Rewards support will not be able to assist.
