    Microsoft Suduko Level Progress Reset Bug


    Hello,

    I can't find a support email for this game so I'm going to post my bug reports here.

    I've been playing suduko for the past few months while signed in with my live account. Today I was playing the daily challenges and after I completed one of the challenges, my screen changed to a tutorial screen which didn't allow me to do anything. I closed out of the application and when I restarted, my level was reset to 1. This is frustrating because my previous level was over 100 and I was working towards the level 250 achievement. My achievements are still present. Just the level has been reset.

    Another minor issue I've been having is the application reloading whenever it loses and the regains focus. I'll switch to my browser and then when I click back on the suduko application it displays the loading screen for a few seconds. This is really annoying if I have to tab out multiple times during a puzzle.

    Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums.

    Unfortunately, achievement bugs or progression issues in game would need to handled by Bethesda since Microsoft does not track in game level progression for Bethesda's games. If level progression is bugged within the game, which leads to not reaching 100%
    levels completed and does not trigger the achievement being unlocked, then you will need to report this issue to Bethesda so they can work on a fix for the progression bug.

    I think there is a bug in their servers, because I have been having a problem synching my progress. It keeps resetting me to level 8, even after I reached level 12 and spent alot of time customizing cars....

    Hi there, I have got this same problem with Microsoft Sudoku and also Microsoft Minesweeper! I am signed in as Microsoft Solitaire and Microsoft Mahjong both work. Have tried to remove the Program and reload but that does not solve the problem.

    And what's broken about it? What platform are you playing on? Are you getting an error? We could assist in help troubleshooting if we had some more details about the error you're seeing.
    Windows 10 … latest everything. This is an old, old, old problem and every thread gets "closed" after a few people say something about it. There is no problem with Microsoft Casual Games and no problem with Microsoft Solitaire … but Sudoku is broken …
    Minesweeper is iffy but Sudoku is really broken. No one understands why it cannot be fixed.
