Microsoft Sudoku will not log in

Hello,

I am receiving an error every time I start Sudoku. The error shows in a message box titled "Choose another item" reporting "This in-app purchase item is no longer available in Microsoft Sudoku. {CV:azBRXg/MiU2+bbXO.13.2]". The only portion of the string
inside the square brackets, [], that stays the same each time is the 'CV:'. The rest of the string changes each time the error appears.

I am not sure why this error is occurring, or what purchase it may be referring to. I have reinstalled the app through the app store, and receive the same error. This error is keeping me from logging in, and earning Xbox achievements, or completing Daily
Challenges.

If I sign into Xbox Live through a web browser, or Microsoft Solitaire Collection, it work fine, and my progress and achievements are recorded and visible.

Any substantive ideas for where to check/debug next?

Problems logging in to Xbox with Microsoft Sudoku

Anyone else having problems logging in to Microsoft Sudoku. No problem with Solitaire Collection or Word Games but cannot login with Sudoku. Have already uninstalled and reinstalled twice but no success

I recommend trying the
Windows Update Troubleshooter.
According to our Microsoft Casual Games FAQ,
Many issues can be solved by using this helpful tool.
