    I have read the other posts referring to this same problem. It is definitely a problem with the adds on this game. I like to do the Daily Challenge and the slow-down/lockout is horrible. Forget trying to do a difficult 10 minute timed. The box for the
    ads is only partially filled. When a microsoft sponsored ad comes in, fills the ad box and works pretty swiftly. Third party adds do not fill the Ad box and there is a long time before next ad populates the box. I pay for the Solitare and ;Mahjong by Microsoft
    and because of the absence of the ads they work perfectly. All ads used to fill the box now they only partially fill. I would gladly pay for this app also if it solved the problem! This has been happening for at least 4 months.

    Same issue here.

    It looks like you have to use Edge for the Microsoft casual games community to work.

    You should be able to find a solution to help fix your problem here. If the problem is caused by a in game bug then you will need to contact the game developer Microsoft Studios. For more help you can also call official Xbox customer support.

    Microsoft Sudoku is running very slowly

    I agree completely. I've even gone into my Task Manager and checked off everything else that's running, turned them off and still find Microsoft Sudoku too slow, making it worthless. Even frustrating! I've noted this to Microsoft and haven't had the courtesy
    of a single response. Even the aads running on the game site are running slowing. I have tested this on my Surface Pro, my desktop and tablet. Same problem.
