    Microsoft Sudoku - same achievement keeps unlocking


    Sorry i can't find the adequate place for this or a direct contact for support at Microsoft Casual Games but as this issue breaks the achievement system it probably needs to go here too.

    7 days ago i unlocked the "marathon" achievement on Microsoft Sudoku on Android.

    Since then, everytime i complete a puzzle the achievement unlocks again (and adds to gamer score and pops on all my devices)

    Currently the "marathon" achievement features three times on my activity feed on the XBox One.

    My achievements page on the One says 805/1000 yet when i click through to the game achievement it correctly says 775/1000.

    Is there anyway of sorting this as currently even True Achievements is scanning this game as if i have won the same achievement multiple times.

    Remove duplicate XBox achievement (Sudoku)

    I just noticed that the one I was calling a duplicate seems to be linked to the Sudoku app on my Win10 device and the other linked to the Sudoku app on my Android device. Seems there are several other duplicate achievements for games like Mahjong and Minesweeper.
    I am connecting with the same Microsoft Account from both devices so I am surprised its creating duplicate achievements. Is this a bug?

    Achievement not unlocking help.

    Yeah SpiritualAura, I'd say we have been waiting about the same time. Worst part is, now the new Titanfall DLC just did the same thing. Killing 50 Pilots on one of the new maps shows 100% but is not unlocking either. I contacted Microsoft support about 3
    days ago, and the best he could recommend is earning another achievement or signing in and out, which obviously doesnt work. So either we have to keep waiting for these achievement to randomly unlock, or we have to wait for a System Update from Microsoft that
    fixes their Achievement app.

    Achievement notification not working

    Same here, started at some point after the Feb update. No notification for achievements unlocking. The achievements appear unlocked when you manually look for them, but no pop-up. Weird. Fix it Microsoft.

    Missed Achievement - Sonic Sega All Star Racing

    It's a known issue.

    Sometimes the in-game tracker resets achievements already unlocked, that means your gamertag has the achievements, but not the save file.

    You can often solve this by looking at the in-game tracker in the menu, and re-do the requirements for the achievements that has resets.

    If all achievements are unlocked in the in-game tracker, just keep playing different modes, and it will unlock.

    Hope it helps, since I had the same problem too.
