Microsoft Sudoku Random Closing

Discus and support Microsoft Sudoku Random Closing in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Microsoft Sudoku often closes on me and eventually will generate error code 000019.     Microsoft Sudoku Random Closing


    Microsoft Sudoku often closes on me and eventually will generate error code 000019. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling MS Sudoku with no luck eliminating the closure.

    How can this be prevented?

    Microsoft Sudoku and Microsoft Jigsaw freeze up

    I don't play jigsaw, but Microsoft Sudoku freezes as I am playing the game. Games freeze, then the game closes itself. Very frustrating when playing a game and have to start over and over to complete one game. Please fix Microsoft Sudoku for all of us

    I have what looks like the same problem. Windows 10 fully up to date Version 1909 Build 18363.535 on a Lenovo laptop.

    I can play Solitaire and Mahjong without a problem.

    The Sudoku logo should slide off screen to the right, but it doesn't. If I minimize the window Sudoku then crashes. Reliability History says "Sudoku stopped responding and was closed"

    I have reported this through Windows Feedback and at Microsoft Casual Games without any response.

    Hi, I have the same issue with both Microsoft Sudoku and Microsoft Jigsaw - Era Slots advert plays, but does not close when finished.

    I do not wish to go premium, I just want the games to work properly!
