    Starting with the Daily Challenge for Premium Sudoku on Saturday Nov. 7th, game not saving my solves. It will check off the game as solved until I close the game. Next time back not recorded as solved. I've run a troubleshooot, reset the app, and finally
    reset and downloaded it again. Still won't save a solved game when I shut down the app. The other thing, when I look at my purchases at microsoft, solitaire and mahjongg have a game controller icon for identifying the purchase. The one for Sudoku just looks
    like a piece of paper. When I play sudoku it shows my xbox player id. I do not own an x-box and play these games on my computer. Anyone have an idea why it's not keeping solves.

    Hi, I have the same issue with both Microsoft Sudoku and Microsoft Jigsaw - Era Slots advert plays, but does not close when finished.

    I do not wish to go premium, I just want the games to work properly!

    Based on Gary Hugo's comment, I tend to think that the problem is in Microsoft's programming. I'm currently having problems with Jigsaw and Sudoku freezing for several seconds or a minute or more while the upgrade popup repopulates. I also assume, if I
    were to upgrade to premium, the problem would promptly disappear.

    I get the exact same error message, I don't have a premium account but I can't get the game to log in to my normal Xbox account. My problem ID is [CV:6qw+k0iXnU6PhH7x.34.2]. I'm also having the same kind of connection problem with Microsoft Sudoku and Microsoft
    Minesweeper (but not Solitaire or Mahjong). I've reinstalled all three, didn't change anything.

    I subscribed to "Yearly Premium Subscription (Microsoft Sudoku)" on Feb 3rd 2024. A couple of weeks later, Sudoku reinstalled itself and the subscription was gone.

    If the purchase was made, for example, on Android, are you playing on the same platform, or do you play now Sudoku on another OS?

    This question is asked because the premium subscription is valid only on the OS you initially made the purchase.

    However, if you're using the same platform, could I know if you tried restoring the benefit?

    You can perform this action by opening the Sudoku app > tap on “remove ads” > Restore my purchases.
    If you're using the Google Play, Apple ID, or Microsoft account (depending on your platform) used to purchase the subscription, the ads will be removed.
