Microsoft Sudoku & other games disappear from my account & wont run

This happens repeatedly. They'll be there for awhile games that say they are installed on my system and they'll work. I even subscribed for one. Then randomly my library list no longer has them and sometimes it has no games listed at all. I get my account doesn't have this game error. I've cleared cache, I've uninstalled, reinstalled, I've logged in & out but it continues to happen. I'd love to subscribe to more but let my subscription run out since there is no guarantee my games will be available. I wish I could really download them so they'd be accessible no matter if Microsoft decides to mess up my account.

Also microsoft, pretty crappy customer service to say on your site to call & then when you call be referred to the site. I didn't break anything you did, so you should provide support.

My Microsoft Sudoku game no longer starts. Have reloaded Microsoft Solitaire collection and at the bottom chosen Microsoft Sudoku game and each time I start it I get initial Microsoft Sudoku starting screen and then it shifts to a blank blue screen and
freezes.

Multiple downloads have also failed and checked for Microsoft Updates and completed those....

Any suggestions to restore Sudoku? Note other Microsoft Solitaire games work from the collection.

I agree with you that as my old version has disappeared too, I wont be playing Sudoku. The new version is awful. Hope Microsoft or whoever thought it necessary to change the format, take note that a few people don't like it as well

So Vexon Heptic is the fact that its available on different platforms the excuse for Microsoft introducing the new version?

There was a response from someone on the Arkadium (I think they wrote the original version of the game) website which suggested the change was entirely down to Microsoft & I must confess I thought it must be a money saving thing?

Alas the old version has now disappeared from my laptop too so I guess I wont be playing Sudoku on my PCs any more.

I have the exact same problem. Have uninstalled and reinstalled. Can click on the green xbox button in the upper right corner of Sudoku, and sign into xbox just fine, but Sudoku can't sign in. Have even exited Sudoku, and punched the "Play Sudoku" button
within xbox, which starts Sudoku, but Sudoku still can't connect. All of my other games work fine.

I have seen a message from time to time within Sudoku over the last 2 days which seems to say that this is a new version and you don't have to sign into xbox to play, but then I lose all my history of what has happened in the last 4 years. The message disappears
before I can study it. Is this a new version? Or maybe I am misinterpreting the message.
