    Microsoft Sudoku Not Syncing


    I have Microsoft Sudoku loaded on 2 laptops. The problem I have is that my monthly progress is not syncing across the 2 machines.

    I completed all the July daily challenges on one laptop but when I subsequently log into my second laptop using the same Microsoft id it shows that several days challenges are not completed.

    Any idea how to fix this one?

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you are having syncing issues. We recommend going over these steps.

    1. Check for device updates
    2. Restart Device
    3. Toggle ‘Cloud Sync’ in the Game Options Off/On
    You will need to do this on both devices.

    Try this (Reset App Data)

    This will delete your progress but it will sync back after re-launching if you are playing the game while signed in on Xbox Live. before.

    Settings > Apps > Apps & features > Click Microsoft Sudoku > Advance options > Reset

    Sudoku game start up freezes on Surface Pro

    My Microsoft Sudoku game no longer starts. Have reloaded Microsoft Solitaire collection and at the bottom chosen Microsoft Sudoku game and each time I start it I get initial Microsoft Sudoku starting screen and then it shifts to a blank blue screen and
    freezes.

    Multiple downloads have also failed and checked for Microsoft Updates and completed those....

    Any suggestions to restore Sudoku? Note other Microsoft Solitaire games work from the collection.

    wich windows are you on as the game was shutdown on win 8 and below along with many more.
    game is ok for windows 10
