    Microsoft Sudoku Not Synching Since November 7, 2020


    Sudoku is not synching games played. I play every day. I see my progress in the Sudoku calendar. Close the app, come back in, progress is gone. I have tried removing and reinstalling app. Didn't work.

    Please vote this up if you are seeing this issue. There is a link for feedback in the app, but it just takes me to a helpless information page.

    Did you just try to contact in November of 2020 or have you been trying to contact since May 2020??? Plus this info is kind of vague. It shows us something was delivered we don't actually know what it is?? Nothing shows where it has been cancelled. The
    best option is to keep calling Microsoft/Xbox and talk with a live representative.

    Can you please inform the devs at Microsoft for Minecraft for Windows 10 Mobile to sync the achievements again?

    It’s the only UWP app that hasn’t gone to PC and is only for mobile. The service isn’t connecting for the achievements sadly since the Xbox update in November of 2020.

    There is no exact date for that at this moment. But they said Holiday 2020 so I guess it would be November 2020.

    Why does Microsoft Sudoku not load?

    Tried Sudoku for the first time since Feb 3rd. It worked OK, played 6 or 7 games, closed it down and went to bed. Tried Sudoku again this morning and we're back to the fault situation!

    My email to microsoftcasualgames has had NO RESPONSE. My posts to Windows Feedback have had NO RESPONSE. I don't do Facebook so cannot do anything there.
