Microsoft Sudoku (just up graded) is not syncing between computer?

I think you should check the store on both computers,for updates of the store itslef, that could be the problem

mine wont unlock next puzzles I have done all the up grades & restarted the computer, the Microsoft version is 2.4.1412.2302

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you are having syncing issues. We recommend going over these steps.

1. Check for device updates
   
2. Restart Device
   
3. Toggle ‘Cloud Sync’ in the Game Options Off/On
   

You will need to do this on both devices.

I tried uninstalling and re-installing on my Surface, but the only thing that accomplished was wiping out all of my Ultimate Word Games data on that computer. My Solitaire Collection and Sudoku games are all syncing just fine. I will try the Factory
Reset on my Surface and see what happens.

I have had flight sim for a lot of years so it has been put on a computer every time I up graded, but it has never been on more than two computers at a time.

I have just loaded it onto a new upgraded computer after the other one blew up, it is still on the laptop and I can never speak to anyone from Microsoft to explain. Microsoft tell me I have loaded it on too many times.
