Microsoft Sudoku is BROKEN

    Microsoft Sudoku is BROKEN


    There are already several of these questions ... for some time now.

    I replied to a previous question and was told to post another question.

    I tried to ask why ... the previous question is LOCKED.

    Sudoku does not work. I am an engineer and a lawyer and I am 73 years old.

    I cannot understand why Sudoku remains BROKEN.

    I have tried everything everyone else has tried and NOTHING WORKS.

    Update the app ... The Live XBox apps (Solitaire and Ultimate Word Games work just fine. Sudoku is broken as is Minesweeper.

    It is impossible for me to believe that Microsoft cannot fix these games.

    Sudoku is broken

    Is anyone listening at MS? Several posts report recurring shutdowns - mid-game, start of game. May or may not be related to ads. It worked for a couple of days last week but now back to broken. Most affected is the daily challenge.

    I have been reading about Sudoku being broken for a long time. It works and then it does not. I have updated, uninstalled, reset and every other thing suggested by the many, many people that keep saying the same thing.

    The app is broken. I have uninstalled it because when you click on the app it comes up … circles for a while and then disappears. It is broken.

    My Windows 10 is always up to date and the apps are up to date as well.

    Sudoku and Minesweeper do the same things. No problem with the Live Xbox apps … solitaire and ultimate word games. No problems at all.

    Apparently, it is NOT we users that are the problem.

    Microsoft casual games community    . This community is strictly for all them games and the community there is very helpful.

    And what's broken about it? What platform are you playing on? Are you getting an error? We could assist in help troubleshooting if we had some more details about the error you're seeing.
    Windows 10 … latest everything. This is an old, old, old problem and every thread gets "closed" after a few people say something about it. There is no problem with Microsoft Casual Games and no problem with Microsoft Solitaire … but Sudoku is broken …
    Minesweeper is iffy but Sudoku is really broken. No one understands why it cannot be fixed.
