    Microsoft Sudoku freezing and lost history of completions


    I agree with the other users, it is completely frustrating with all the freezing and it appears that the ads are causing this. I think I will find another version of Sudoku to play as it makes the playing of the game ridiculous. I believe that Microsoft
    has forgotten that it is the users who make or break games so that they, in turn, can earn revenues from the ads based on the usage. As a user group, we should all move on to another game that responds properly. Microsoft has had lots of time to fix this
    and has not come up with a solution.

    Skyscanner Ad is slowing and freezing the screen for Microsoft Sudoku and for Microsoft Jigsaw. Please fix it!

    Microsoft Sudoku freezing and lost history of completions

    The freezing is being caused by the pop-up ad. The ad tries to load and gets stuck, resulting in the game being suspended. they need to either remove the ads or make them static.

    Microsoft Sudoku and Microsoft Jigsaw freeze up

    I don't play jigsaw, but Microsoft Sudoku freezes as I am playing the game. Games freeze, then the game closes itself. Very frustrating when playing a game and have to start over and over to complete one game. Please fix Microsoft Sudoku for all of us
    to continue using it.

    Sudoku game start up freezes on Surface Pro

    My Microsoft Sudoku game no longer starts. Have reloaded Microsoft Solitaire collection and at the bottom chosen Microsoft Sudoku game and each time I start it I get initial Microsoft Sudoku starting screen and then it shifts to a blank blue screen and
    freezes.

    Multiple downloads have also failed and checked for Microsoft Updates and completed those....

    Any suggestions to restore Sudoku? Note other Microsoft Solitaire games work from the collection.
