    Microsoft Sudoku Freezes when blank ad comes on


    Every time I play Microsoft Sudoku and a black space comes on in lieu of an ad the screen freezes for 20 seconds or more. This makes it impossible to have a decent score on the game. I would buy the game to get rid of the ads but I refuse to rent a game
    monthly.

    microsoft sudoku not responding

    unable to get Microsoft Sudoku to work. when I click on it the screen comes back blank.

    Ad data loading halts game

    There is presently a Lowes ad running on Sudoku. It loads so slowly that it freezes the game. Lowes can't be happy that their ad is annoying their customers!

    Sudoku game start up freezes on Surface Pro

    My Microsoft Sudoku game no longer starts. Have reloaded Microsoft Solitaire collection and at the bottom chosen Microsoft Sudoku game and each time I start it I get initial Microsoft Sudoku starting screen and then it shifts to a blank blue screen and
    freezes.

    Multiple downloads have also failed and checked for Microsoft Updates and completed those....

    Any suggestions to restore Sudoku? Note other Microsoft Solitaire games work from the collection.

    Microsoft Sudoku and Microsoft Jigsaw freeze up

    I don't play jigsaw, but Microsoft Sudoku freezes as I am playing the game. Games freeze, then the game closes itself. Very frustrating when playing a game and have to start over and over to complete one game. Please fix Microsoft Sudoku for all of us
    to continue using it.
