Microsoft Sudoku crashing and slow

Discus and support Microsoft Sudoku crashing and slow in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Running MS Sudoku on Surface Pro 3 - slow and crashes.     Microsoft Sudoku crashing and slow


    Running MS Sudoku on Surface Pro 3 - slow and crashes. Seems to relate to the ads in the square on the RHS of window. Big cheese off. Timer keeps going but the rest of the screen is locked. Some times using the task bar to shrink
    and re-open screen will bring up resume. Hope you have advice or time to fix the bug - ie turn off ads until program stabilised.

    Microsoft Casual Games

    Microsoft Sudoku keeps locking up and then crashing. I've restarted my computer and my computer is up to date. Plus I have Norton 360 to help keep my computer safe. It's not just Microsoft Sudoku that's crashing. It's Microsoft Jigsaw and Microsoft Mahjong
    keep locking up and crashing. What gives Microsoft? Fix this please!!!!!

    Microsoft Sudoku is running very slowly

    I play both Microsoft Solitare and Sudoku. Solitare runs great. Sudoku is extremely slow and annoying. Why is this and , more importantly, why has nobody fixed it yet ?

    You should be able to find a solution to help fix your problem here. If the problem is caused by a in game bug then you will need to contact the game developer Microsoft Studios. For more help you can also call official Xbox customer support.

    It looks like you have to use Edge for the Microsoft casual games community to work.
