Microsoft Sudoku crashes in Windows 10

Let's have you try uninstalling the app, restart your PC, and then reinstall it to see if there's any change Let us know how it goes.

I have what looks like the same problem. Windows 10 fully up to date Version 1909 Build 18363.535 on a Lenovo laptop.

I can play Solitaire and Mahjong without a problem.

The Sudoku logo should slide off screen to the right, but it doesn't. If I minimize the window Sudoku then crashes. Reliability History says "Sudoku stopped responding and was closed"

I have reported this through Windows Feedback and at Microsoft Casual Games without any response.

One year later, none solution, unable to sign with Microsoft Sudoku and CAN sign with Microsoft Solitaire. Windows 10.

updated?

Next, is it possible to try Sudoku on another Windows 10 PC at all? Or are you able to sign into your PC as a guest and try the game on a different profile?

Additionally, providing us with a screenshot of your computer's DXDiag will help a bunch. You can press the 'Windows' key on your keyboard and type in 'dxdiag' and it should pop up. If you need further
