    Microsoft sudoku chrash after internet connection error


    On win10 Microsoft Sudoku crash, when the connection lost to Xbox live server due to internet connection error via wifi.

    Win 10 Home 64 bit Version 1709, build 16299.371

    Medion Akoya laptop

    Intel Pentium P 6000 1,87GHz

    4GB memory

    microsoft Sudoku

    anyone else having problem connecting to Sudoku? I can connect to other Microsoft xbox free games (solitaire, for example), but not to Sudoku. Error message is "A connection to XBOX could not be established. Please check your internet connection" Just
    started yesterday, has been working fine before that.

    Error message regarding xbox connection Microsoft Sudoku

    Trying to sign in to Microsoft Sudoku, get the following error "A connection to Xbox could not be established. Please check your Internet connection and try again"

    Internet connection is fine, able to visit web sites (NOT cached), and also to sign into Microsoft Solitaire Collection. Has been this way for at least 12 hours.

    If you are being disconnected due to a WiFi error are you able to try launching the game while you are offline to avoid this from happening? Also, is it possible to try a wired connection between your device and your router to avoid the disconnection?

    Can't Sign In to Sudoku

    Looking through this forum there are 3, now 4 people suffering the some problems with Microsoft Sudoku. I have not been apply to sign in for the last 30 hours.

    The message is 'unable to connect to Xbox server check your internet connection'.

    I am able to connect to the Internet, Solitaire Collection and Mahjong.

    There must be a problem at Microsoft Cloud.

    Difficulties logging into Microsoft Sudoku

    I've had exactly same problem that started yesterday too (23/1/18). Ok for solitaire but getting same connection problem messages. Then today got this message

    There was a problem downloading game data for Microsoft Sudoku. Please check the Microsoft Sudoku FAQ at and refer to error code 000021
    It came up in the ! News for Microsoft Sudoku box. I tried looking up the code but it didn't have it on the support site.
