Microsoft Sudoku App

No no, but you have to try this on the Microsoft store app, not on sudoku Jeannie.

Gamer support sent me to two other companies with Sudoku apps and neither was microsoft!

If you are on windows 8 then this is why

These titles were delisted late last year but have still been playable for existing owners. That's set to end on April 5th, so you're on the clock now if you still have achievements left to mop up in any of these games. The Windows 10, MSN Games, iOS, and Android versions of these games remain unaffected, but not all of those support achievements. Since last we reported on this closure, Taptiles (Win 8) has been added to the list, while Microsoft Bingo will be closing on all platforms on the same day.

I highly recommend following the troubleshooting steps here:

After each step try to see if the issue is fixed!

First, hold down the power button for about 10 seconds, until the console shuts off, then unplug the power cord and wait for 2-3 minutes before plugging it back in and turn on the Xbox.

If the issue persists, please select System > Settings > devices and streaming > blue ray > persistent storage > clear three times > restart console.

If you are still encountering the same issue, please select System > Settings > System > Console info > Select Reset console > Choose Reset and keep my games and apps.

If you are still having the same issue, it’s possible that the local save for the game has become corrupted. If so, deleting the local save and re-syncing with the cloud might correct the problem.

First, delete the local save:

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide and then select My games & apps > See all > Games.

2. Highlight the game title, and then press the Menu button on your controller.

3. Select Manage game and add-ons > Saved data.

4. Select Delete all to remove the local save of this game, then follow the prompts.

After you delete the local save, restart your Xbox:

1. Press and hold the Xbox button in the center of your controller.

2. Select Restart console, then follow the prompts.

After you restart your Xbox, re-sync your saved games to the cloud. Your saved games are automatically stored in the cloud while you’re connected to Xbox Live.

It seems like you’re encountering a sign-in issue with Microsoft Sudoku. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:

1. Check for App Updates: Ensure you have the latest version of the Microsoft Sudoku and Xbox app. You can check this via Microsoft Store -> Downloads and Updates.
   
2. Reset the App: Go to settings -> Apps -> Apps & Features -> Microsoft Sudoku -> Advanced options -> Reset. This will delete the app’s data on your device, including your preferences and sign-in details.
   
3. Reinstall the App: If resetting the app doesn’t work, try uninstalling and then reinstalling the Microsoft Sudoku app.
   
4. Check Xbox Live Services: Sometimes the issue might be due to Xbox Live services being down. You can check the status of Xbox Live services at https://status.xbox.com/.
   
5. Clear Microsoft Store Cache: Open run command (Win + R), type WSReset.exe and hit enter. This will clear the Microsoft store cache.
