Discus and support Microsoft Sudoku App for Windows 10 problem in XBoX on Windows to solve the problem; I play Microsoft Sudoku every day and I have had to replay each days games except for the 1st and 3rd of December as my rewards and completed games...     I play Microsoft Sudoku every day and I have had to replay each days games except for the 1st and 3rd of December as my rewards and completed games disappear as soon as close the app. This is very frustrating. Why does this happen and why is 2 dates kept
    as completed?

    Can someone help with this matter. I love this game but I am currently very unhappy with it.

    MICROSOFT SUDOKU

    I have what looks like the same problem. Windows 10 fully up to date Version 1909 Build 18363.535 on a Lenovo laptop.

    I can play Solitaire and Mahjong without a problem.

    The Sudoku logo should slide off screen to the right, but it doesn't. If I minimize the window Sudoku then crashes. Reliability History says "Sudoku stopped responding and was closed"

    I have reported this through Windows Feedback and at Microsoft Casual Games without any response.

    Open the Microsoft Store app on your Windows 10 and log out of your account in the upper right corner, click on your profile picture, click on your account and then click on logout.

    Then close the Microsoft Store app and type ''wsreset'' in the Windows bar and run as administrator, wait for the screen to close automatically and open the store, log in again with your account in the app.

    Then I'd recommend resetting the Sudoku and Mahjong apps. Here are the instructions to do so:

    - Click Start and type "Apps & features".

    - Select Apps & Features.

    - Find the Mahjong and Sudoku apps in the list and select them.

    - Click Advanced Options

    - Click Reset.

    After that try playing again and see if that solves the problem.

    One year later, none solution, unable to sign with Microsoft Sudoku and CAN sign with Microsoft Solitaire. Windows 10.

    Microsoft Sudoku is BROKEN

    I have been reading about Sudoku being broken for a long time. It works and then it does not. I have updated, uninstalled, reset and every other thing suggested by the many, many people that keep saying the same thing.

    The app is broken. I have uninstalled it because when you click on the app it comes up … circles for a while and then disappears. It is broken.

    My Windows 10 is always up to date and the apps are up to date as well.

    Sudoku and Minesweeper do the same things. No problem with the Live Xbox apps … solitaire and ultimate word games. No problems at all.

    Apparently, it is NOT we users that are the problem.
