    Microsoft sucks


    microsoft sucks big time I bought call of duty advanced warfare and the season pass when it came out and now that I upgraded to the xbox one x it tells me that I don't own the season pass yet I can walk upstairs and jump onto my day 1 edition xbox one and
    have no problems playing xbox one version of advance warfare with season pass and exo zombies and no my xbox is not anyone else's home xbox and no no other gamertag on my xbox bought the game or season pass I am not paying for the season pass again and since
    activision refused to help saying it was a microsoft store problem I went to talk to your support team and after 3 hours of wasted time trouble shooting they said they can' do anything well microsoft your not getting another cent from from I will be returning
    the xbox one x and selling my other xbox and going and buying a ps4 since Sony cares about their consumers

    I am first time user and trying to get x box live . got 30 days for free yet am getting NAT Error when trying to access on x box 360 I am not tech at all Please Help

    Microsoft sucks

    Microsoft rips people off on everything and it takes forever to get anything repaired. They wont repair cosmetic damage to the console or the Kinect. This is why Microsoft is a rip off. The warranty is not worth it and its a joke to customers to even have.
    There should be a longer warranty that comes with the console. Im talking about the Xbox one by the way. Microsoft should pay for the shipping of accessories from the pick up and not make the person pay for the shipping label. This is an outrage, charging
    for every little thing. Sometime after this year or next year I could switch to ps4. I will have less problems with them since Microsoft a multi billion dollar company cant keep its servers up and always having problems. You are a joke as a company, you will
    loose customers if you cant fix your issues with your company.

    and then the dude Ellison I was talking to said one thing and then his boss kept saying that I said it and wouldn' listen to me at all I swear it' easier to talk to a brick wall then to talk to anyone at microsoft the worse part about this is I am getting
    burned out on the games decided to play call of duty exo zombies cause I haven' played it in awhile but no the xbox one x is telling me I don't own it yet my other xbox one it let me download from the manage game section with no problem yet they can' help
    me.

    Are you sure that the season pass token is installed on your one X?

    Head to my games and apps, then select manage game at COD: AW.

    See if it is there under the ready to install.

    You can also see if you can download it from the store if it isn't under the reaady to install section.

    it won't let me download it but if I get on my xbox one it will and it says I own it but not on my xbox one x

    I'm about in the same boat but with my Xbox 1.

    My XBox 1 was working just fine yesterday, and the day before and the day before with no issues. Power up today - oh hey there's an update, either apply the update or stay off-line. go to apply the update and guess what there's an error getting the update.
    I know shocking.

    Follow the on-line support - downloaded the OSU1 (Off-Line System Update 1) and applied. Still wants to do a simple 796MB update which it can't get.

    Contact support - go through the steps - do a reset - guess what still wants the update of 796MB that it can't get.

    Download and apply OSU2 - Ok. no issue. go to apply and the system says nope not happening.

    Contact support again. This time do a full reset of the system as it's already been reset with files saved and stuck in a setup loop, what's it going to hurt.

    GUESS WHAT NOTHING CHANGED - guess what you have to send the unit in to get fixed or take to an MS Store. Well closest MS store is Salt Lake City, Utah. that's 3-4 hours out. So what about sending it. Guess what You need to pay us $115 dollars not counting
    tax to fix an issue that we created."

    I fixed this by removing two factor authentication from my account. What a piece of cRPP security system, it doesn't tell you from the console this is the problem whatsoever. By the way, to do this, I had to use Chrome browser, because the Microsoft browser
    says "There's a temporary problem with the service. Please try again. If you continue to get this message, try again later."

    Microsoft, you'd better get your act together, or you're done as a company!

    So in order for future services to work, disable two factor authentication, because it DOESN"T WORK on the XBOX console, nice job!!

    Here at the forums we cannot do anything. Attempting to get around a ban, be that hacks, glitches, alternate accounts ect will result in a console ban.
