    Microsoft Stores are closed


    I gave Microsoft a chance when I bought a xbox one x instead of the reliable playstation 4 pro. I've only had the xbox for 6 months and now it won't even turn on. On top of that all of the stores are closed and I can't talk to anyone except some dumb virtual
    assistant. Needless to say I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM MICROSOFT EVER AGAIN. Terrible products and terrible customer service. I'm going to try to return the xbox one x and get a refund for a playstation asap. Either they open up their stores and they must
    let me talk to someone who knows whats happening and how to help me. They really couldn't care less about their customers.

    If you can't set up the repair online, you can can request a call back or chat with support at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us If you're not seeing those options, change
    your category/topic. Billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge" usually work for me.

    It is just a massive oversight on Microsofts side to not create a very apprehensive online/digital customer service especially when there is no physical recourse, as they have closed every single one of their stores. Very disapointed. Spent about 6 hour
    yesterday dealing with over 10 different representives who still have not helped me. I shouldve just bought my xbox from walmart and never from microsoft directly.

    I cant even send it in for a repair! I have a full warranty! When I try to send in a repair order since thats the only option they want to give me, the website redirects and refreshes itself. And no orders go thru. This is the most incompetent customer
    support system i could ever imagine. They have just effectively stolen my money and not given me any recourse or help what-so-ever.
