Microsoft Store

I have a friend who's not from the states but is a friend of mine on my Xbox one console. Now I remember exclusively that if you wanted to buy a friend a gift from the Microsoft Store you can! But nobody told me about regions. So I assumed that it was
possible to do through the Microsoft Store. It turned out that I could not buy my friend a gift from the Microsoft Store. I was upset by this! So I started to chat with Xbox about how I bought my friend who is not from the states a game. Yet my friend is on
my Xbox one console. Once my friend had told me that it would not work on my friend Xbox one console I was upset by this as previously said. So Xbox help me get my refund back, and yet it was the game I wanted to buy for my friend but because of regions issues
I could not buy the game that I wanted to buy for my friend because of regional issues. Than Xbox gave me different ways of getting the game for my friend who is not from the states. And I looked at Xbox ways of looking at how I can buy my friend the game.
Once I look at Xbox ways of how to get the game for my friend. I said no to their ways. I don't want to be going from point A, to point B, to point C, with ads popping up. Than I said to the agent at Xbox on the chat. I thought that's what the Microsoft Store
is for? Not to keep going from point A, to point B, to point C just for one game! That makes no sense? Listen! I have no disrespect for Major Nelson that man has shown me 8 or 9 years of the Xbox 360, before the Xbox one console came out, and at the time of
the Xbox one console has been launched in 2013 at 500GB so I respect Major Nelson. But! did you guy's hear him say anything about regions for buying a friend a gift? What I did hear him say was about using your friends gamer tag if they were on your friends
list or e-mail. My whole entire point is that the Microsoft Store should always be the one place to go to regardless of currency you have or what region you live in. And. why should you keep going from point A, to point B, to point C . When everything is
right here on the Microsoft Store on your Xbox one console and other devices? Think about that. Wouldn't you want to do it all in one shot regardless of your currency and region you live in?
