    Hello! Tiday i bought Forza Horizon 3 on my pch using tje website.

    An install button then appeared and i pressed it but it wouldn't download it just sent me to the microsoMi store app on the pc and there ot said buy, but i aalread bought the game WTH

    Hi, Sorry to hear of the issue you are having, double check to make sure the account on the website is the same account on Windows 10, otherwise it will ask you to purchase the game again. Also you might want to check on
    account.microsoft.com to make sure the purchase went through. If it has and you still cannot download it. Then you should contact Xbox support, so they can fix the issue you are having.

    Hi there,

    Please make sure that you are logged in under your primary account on Windows 10 that you used for purchasing the game. If you are logged in under another account it won't show up. Additionally, please check your purchases page to make sure the transaction
    went thru Microsoft store :)

    Hey Julian!

    I understand your confusion and am here to offer you a little more information regarding this situation!

    The game Forza Horizon 3 Standard edition is an approximate size of 60 GB. But since the game has been released since 9/27/2016 there have been many updates and additional content that has caused the game to grow in the time since its release.

    This would explain the much higher download size your noticing.

    Same issue to me... I did one purchase, after that I can't buy anymore, always getting this error.

    Tried paying by credit card and paypal.

    Same here, I was planning to buy a couple of games on the black Friday sale on Xbox. Only managed to buy one game, all other attempts said Microsoft was experiencing issues on their side.
