If this is happening when you try the store, the best troubleshooting step for you to try off the bat is to try and powercycle your console following the steps on

How to restart or power cycle your Xbox One console and see it that resolves the problem.

If that doesn't work, could you do me a favor and let me know what your NAT type is when you go to Network Settings and test it?

Give those things a try and let us know about that NAT type if you do continue to have problems.

The xbox one S you are reffering to is the Xbox one S Digital, It's for downloading games only not discs you can download them from the microsoft store instead of buying via cd.
