    Microsoft Store Xbox One S Offer - Didn't Get Credit


    I own an Xbox One Day One Edition console and I bought an Xbox One S console during the Black Friday deals to take advantage of the Microsoft Store Xbox One S Offer reward. I did everything I was supposed to (including using the offer code) and I qualify
    for it based on the FAQ but I was charged for shipping and I have not received the 50,000 credits. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

    The credits should show as pending about 15 days after the console shipped.

    As far as paying for shipping, the offer code should have offset the price of expedited shipping. If the console was eligible for expedited shipping, you may want to contact customer support for microsoftstore.com to see if they can do anything about the
    shipping price.

    From the FAQ for that offer:





    When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

    Your 50,000 Rewards Credits should appear as pending within 15 days of your console’s shipping date.





    Since your purchase was made recently, it is too early for those Credits to appear as pending. Since the code is just to waive the cost of expedited shipping, you should receive the Credits regardless of if you paid for shipping or not. However, you may
    wish to investigate further with MicrosoftStore.com support regarding why your shipping expense was not waived. Their support team can be reached at either:
