Microsoft Store (Xbox 360 store)

If you're getting that error, it would appear that you actually do have a minor's account. You yourself may well be an adult age-wise, but if the account has incorrect information (such as your wrong date of birth), then it won't age properly. The Xbox
One Store isn't age-gated the way the Xbox 360 Marketplace is, so being able to purchase Xbox One stuff isn't proof the account is working or configured properly.

You should contact Xbox Live Support to see what they have listed for you, since you can change the date of birth on your account at

https://account.microsoft.com (under "your info") but the Xbox account "age" will be locked in based on what was entered when the account was first created. To reach Support:

This is due to the Microsoft balance (Microsoft store and Xbox one) and Xbox balance (which was used for 360 store) are 2 different systems in place that is why you cannot use Microsoft account balance to purchase the game. But if you had a gift card and
redeemed it on the Xbox 360 console you would be allowed to use it on the 360 store.

also, battlefront one & Jedi academy is broken as well. Im guessing starfighter is too, but i dont have that one.

Has anyone who encountered this problem purchased the games from the xbox 360 dash instead of the microsoft store on xbox one or the website? Because if it works from the xbox 360 store then that might be the reason why. All it would take is a refund to microsoft
store credit and just repurchase from the 360 store instead of the website or xbox one store.

This xbox 360 games are still in the 360 Marketplace, this is separate from the current store for Microsoft xbox one games. that is why the price is not showing. Eventually as they phase out the 360 they will have to merge the stores. But at this point
everyone still has to go to the 360 store to see the prices.

I know it works on the console. But it is not a solution for the broken xbox 360 store on the xbox.com website and no excuse what microsoft did with the store.
