power cycle on the console. Once back on check for updates to the store. Personally had this issue before and the store had an update.

I would also recommend checking if you can perform the transaction via the Xbox store via the browser? The power cycle of the console is the best thing
to try first, followed by power cycling your router, but then see if you can get to the store via another method. After that, I'd check your Payment and Billing options, as well as if there are other errors

FIX THIS MICROSOFT ASAP..... or my soon to expire xbox live gold subscription won't be renewed for the 6th consecutive year.
