Microsoft store won’t load and keeps giving me error code 0x80131505

i was on microsoft storerying to download a game for free called war frame as some friends had it but wheni went to download it said page could not load and the code mentioned above pls help

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart
the console.

Scroll down, Click on Contact Us
A new window will pop up
Type in contact Support - you will receive different options, such as:
- Message with an Xbox Gamer
- Call me back
