Microsoft Store wont let me install Gears 5 without also installing Gears or War 4

Well, I downloaded the entire 133gb and 25 hours later ... it was *only* gears 4. Still no Geras 5. IF I visit the Gears 5 store page, it says I own the game. But when I try and install it from there, I get a "looks like you don't have any applicable devices
linked" error. Very frustrating! It says I own the game, but won't let me install it. But it installed Gears 4 fine. Its as if Gears 5 is the Xbox console version, but not PC. Anybody know whats going on?

Thats right. It just added a single bundle entry in my library with no apparent option to only download Gears 5. And just to make things worse, it is downloading Gears 4 first!

That's odd,so it didn't add the two games to your Ready to install section on Games & Apps? ths way you can install them indepently

Where did you get this bundle? I'm only seeing a Halo 5 and Gears 4 bundle available on the store. I checked Xbox and store.microsoft.com.

If its two seperate downloads try cancelling the gears 4 one and trying just the 5.

if both games are in the same single download you’ll have no other choice to either purchase them seperately or install it as one
