    Microsoft Store Won't Fully Load


    Does anyone know how to fix Microsoft Store? When I go in it on my Xbox One it lets my browse but when I click on a game it will only show me fullscreen of the game trailer/picture before it gives me an error.
    No buttons show up to buy and it won't let me scroll down to look at anything below where the trailer box is.

    I keep trying to redeem GWG but I can't get the buttons. I tried to redeem with my pc but it keeps acting like I'm not signed in. I signed out and signed back in but then it tells me to enjoy GWG I should get
    a subscription. I have XBL subscription and it doesn't expire any time soon. I clicked on it just to see what would would happen but it shows I have an active subscription and when I tried to get GWG again the page refuses to load. I tried a ticket but it's
    like my account isn't being recognized and it won't let me submit.

    Thanks for reaching out here in Xbox Forums. I understand there is an issue with the Microsoft Store not loading fully. I recommend to try

    power cycling the Xbox One console     and test your network connection speed.

    Give this a try and let us know the results.

    The microsoft store won't load

    Please check if there are any updates needed:

    1. Make sure that your console is connected to the internet, and then press the Xbox button to open the guide.
    2. Select Profile & system> Settings > System > Updates.
    3. Under Updates, you’ll see:
      • Console update available. Select this to begin your update, or
      • No console update available. This means your console is up to date.
    If the console is already updated, try to turn off the console and remove the power cord; wait for 1 to 2 minutes before plugging it back in and turn on the console!

    If the issue persists, I would recommend trying the troubleshooting steps below:

    Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate Mac Address > Clear

    Then select System > Settings > devices and streaming > blue ray > persistent storage > clear three times > restart console.

    If the issue persists, try to soft reset your console!

    Sorry to hear that both Battlefield 1 and Ghost Recon: Wildlands keep crashing for you. Let's have you check out the troubleshooting article that outlines

    Xbox One games will quit unexpectedly if you haven't already—it will provide troubleshooting steps beyond just power cycling and reinstall/uninstall like you
    have already attempted. :)

    Please let us know if you're still seeing issues after following the guide! Hopefully you're able to play both games without issues soon.

    Hi! My name is Pam. I'm an Independent Advisor and I'll be glad to help you today.

    Solution 1. Power cycle your console

    Please Turn off console > (press and hold power button for 10 seconds) unplug everything from the console > wait for 2 minutes and plug everything back > Turn On the console.

    Solution 2. * Go to games and apps

    * Look for Cold war and highlight it

    * Once highlighted, go to manage game

    * Under manage game, look for Content packs 2 and 3 and delete them

    * Restart Xbox then launch the game again.

    Make sure that content packs 1 and 4 are both installed.

    Solution 3. Try to do a soft factory reset without removing any games and apps.

    Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    Select Settings > System > Console info > reset then keep my games and apps.

    NOTE: This will delete the profiles on your account, make sure that you remember the email and password to your account.
