Discus and support Microsoft Store will not launch - keeps closing in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Can't figure out why the Microsoft Store keeps closing on me.     Microsoft Store will not launch - keeps closing


    Can't figure out why the Microsoft Store keeps closing on me. I have tried multiple times to do a hard restart and the store continues to close out immediately when launched. I don't know if I can uninstall and reinstall the app on the Xbox one S or if
    I need to so something different.

    You can't uninstall the store, are you getting an error message when this happens?

    Check under your games and apps and see if there is an update available for it. I get quite a few updates to the store app from my console.

    This did indeed help. Tried a hard reset several times - did not work. Proceeded to do factory reset with saving games and apps. Worked just fine afterwards and can launch Microsoft store. Seems there was a corrupt file or something finicky with launching
    the app. Everything is in order.
