不論怎麼嘗試都會遇到這個問題，用Paypal或信用卡都是，但Xbox Live卻能訂閱成功 [Translation-No matter how you try, you'll encounter this problem, with PayPal or credit card, but Xbox Live can subscribe to a successful]

I would make sure the card has enough to cover taxes and surcharges and that it's not a prepaid one, Some prepaid cards are fussy.
