Microsoft Store steals the money from bank account

The case is that we bought robux 4 times x 9,99eur, so total 39,96eur. Micosoft gave only half (19,98eur) of the robux that we supposed to receive.

We wrote to them several times, but no answer. We called to Microsoft Support and we got confirmation by phone that thay will return it,, we also got ref. no.

Instead of returning the payment, they took illegally 9,99eur once more from our back account and they do not return the payments of the items we did not receive!!! This is a scam, it is unacceptable that Microsoft steal money directly from bank account!!! We sent also several e-mails, we called and no answer, nobody calls back to our calls also. How can we get back our money?

I'll recommend you reach out to your bank and request a charge back for the funds. It will be an easier process.

Hi, it is nice to see that you reply here but we have done it all, several times, but no answer and no money! The fact is that we have paid, but we have not received items.

The other thing is that after confirming that you will return the payments, instead you took illegaly from credit card once more one payment! This is credit card fraud!!!

We have done it all that you wrote above, but no solution and nobody contact us back. How can we get back our money????

Today we called again to Microsoft support, finally somebody answered to our call. After 28 minutes in contact, that half of it was only waiting for the customer service consulted with some other Microsoft worker, the call was ended by automatic response that Microsoft is now closed and call was disconnected. Again, we had no solution and the call was ended after waiting for so long time. I called back once more right after that, Microsoft support person Kumar answered and I had to start again the talk about the case and he forwarded my call to another person, but waiting exactly 24min.59sec in line, no answer and call was again disconnected by Microsoft. This is frustrating and what is that kind of a customer service???

Same thing is happening to me. Thanks Microsoft for stealing my money. I mean the transaction from my bank account your pocket went through without any errors didn't it?
